BACK AND FORWARDS
With these codes you can add a backwards or a forwards link to your page. This is what the links look like:

Forwards:
The -1 and the 1 in these codes determines how many pages back or forwards you go.
You can change the 'Back' and 'Forward' to anything you like for example << and >> or 'go back' and 'go forward' etc. You can also replace words with an image code to use images instead.
